I．Examinees should take along valid documents (student card or passport) to enter the examination rooms in scheduled time. Examinees who are late for 15 minutes are not allowed to enter the examination rooms; examinees are allowed to leave the examination rooms 60 minutes later after the examinations start; examinees are not allowed to leave if there is only 15 or less minutes left for the examination. Examinees are not allowed to go to the toilet during the examination period. if there are special circumstances required to take a temporary leave, examinees should seek the permission of the invigilator teachers and accompany you. Examinees are not allowed to re-enter the examination rooms if he or she has already submitted the examination paper or left the examination rooms for no reason.
II．After entering the examination rooms, examinees should put school bags, books, notebooks, papers, communication tools, electronic dictionary, MP3 and the calculator with a memory function in designated place. Meanwhile, examinees should put the valid documents on the top right corner of the desk. Pens, compasses, set square, eraser, simple calculator without storage capabilities (depending on specific examination subjects) can be taken with the examinees. It is not allowed to lend or borrow relevant tools during the examination.
III．Examinees should fill blanks like College, Major , Student ID Number, Name and other information before examinations on test papers and answer sheet.
IV．Examinees can only start the examinations only after the test bell rings. Examinees shall use blue or black pens or ball-point pens to write the answers in relevant blanks cleanly and neatly (except machine readable sheets), and if using pencils (except drawing parts) or red pens to answer or write the answers on scratch paper, answers are invalid. 2B black pens should be used when filling machine reading sheets. The examinees should not use the correction fluid on the answer sheets.
V．Examinees can raise your hand to ask questions during examinations when papers are printed unclearly. Questions related to examination contents will not be answered.
VI．Examinees should keep quiet and smoking is forbidden during examination period; Examinees should obey the examining teachers’ instructions and should not hinder the examining teachers’ normal working for any reasons; Examinees should strictly abide by the examination rules, no whispering, no cheating or copying others’ papers, no changing test papers as well as no doing any other activities against the discipline.
VII．Examinees should immediately stop writing when the test is over. Papers should be collated in pages’ order on the table. The examinees can only leave after the teacher collecting all the test papers. Examinees are not allowed to take the papers and scratch paper out of the examination rooms. Examinees should not loitering or talking in or near examination rooms.
VIII．Above provisions are suitable for a variety of exams which are organized by the university. Examinees should comply with the above provisions. Examinees who violates rules will be punished according to Detailed Rules for Identification and Punishments on Examination Regulations Violation of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology(ZUST).
IX．Examinees who violates rules in examinations of provincial or national level will be punished according to Detailed Rules for Identification and Punishments on Examination Regulations Violation of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology(ZUST).
