Notes on the 2017 graduation practice of the International Civil Engineering

（1）From grade 2013 students, the number of graduation practice weeks prescribed in the training plan is changed to 8 weeks.The Required Internship Date of current graduates,which is on the cover of internship report is from for February Required 20, 2017 April to 14, 2017;

（2）In the graduation internship report,internship evaluation form in the internship company reviews available in Chinese and English,all of the remaining parts including cover, graduation internship task book, check list, teacher reviews, and so on;

（3）The graduation practice task book requires teachers to combine the requirements of graduation practice teaching syllabus and the students to fill in the actual practice;

（4）Internship checklist need to fill in 8 forms,note that the date of each check list corresponds to the period of the specified practice date ;

（5）Internship evaluation form requires the seal of internship company.If you can not seal because of the internship location in foreign countries,you may find the person in charge for the signature.

（6）Other requirements of the graduation internship report, please refer to the graduation practice report template,and the tutor should to  ask the students to strictly follow the provisions of the template written;

（7）The graduation practice defense date is April 15, 2017,specific arrangements will be announced later;

（8）In the evaluation of marks,tutor achievement (60%),reply score (40%),adopt a hundred percent system,the total score with five levels (A, B, C, D, F);  

（9）Before April 20, 2017 ,the tutor need to send the electronic version of the practice summary table and the student's graduation internship report,the tutor can send it by QQ to Cao Yuchun teacher or sent it to shtjcyc@163.com.(The format of the file name as "Student ID name.Doc", such as: 9120560040 Suwilanji.doc )
