On May 29^th, Professor Chen Longzhu, Department of Civil Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, was invited to give a special lecture on "Assessment and Treatment of the Impact of Building Environmental Vibration" in Conference Room C2-318 of our university. Professor Luo Zhanyou, Dean, and Professor Xia Jianzhong co-chaired the lecture.

Professor Chen's lecture focused on "the impact of architectural environmental vibration" and "graduate education". By combining the existing environmental vibration evaluation criteria and typical engineering examples, he shared his research results and views on the impact of architectural environmental vibration to teachers and students, and provided many valuable experiences for our students in future study.
