September 20, 2016 at 14:00, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and the University of cergy-pontoise in cooperation with the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Education Project Management Committee of the third meeting held in Xiao Heshan campus. French representatives include vice director of international division, Valerie Nachev, France cooperation project legal representative Bruno Feolio,  Jean Luis Gallo and project member Norbert Bruno.

At the meeting, the two sides fully exchanged the current implementation of the project and the focus of future work.
