Village is a regional complex with natural, social and economic characteristics. It has multiple functions such as production, life, ecology and culture. It promotes and coexists with cities and towns, and together constitutes the main space for human activities. If the countryside prospers, the country prospers, and if the countryside declines, the country declines.

Under the arrangement of teacher Zhang Xuewen, six students participating in the competition went to Haikou village, Xiangshan County, Ningbo for on-site investigation.

After more than three hours' drive, the students arrived at Haikou village, investigated the situation of the village according to the pre-determined task allocation and method. The investigation shall be orderly, comprehensive, focused and clearly marked.

After returning to school, after talking with teachers and discussing with classmates, we finally determined our title: harbor · Mingtan - village collaborative planning limited by rural geographical unit.

Based on the unique division of natural geographical units in junmintang,  three village coordination and village guidance".

The three village linkage and collaborative planning is to make overall arrangements for the land use layout of each village from the perspective of the whole region. try to break the traditional idea of a single administrative village, we coordinate the development objectives at the global level, coordinate the implementation of land remediation projects. Based on the rationality of the land use layout of each village, making full use of the characteristics of the development of each village. Respecting the historical evolution, customs and natural ecological environment of each village, this plan is organically promoted to the strategic height of global development from point to line and from point to area.
