In-depth inquiry and research, concern for the development of young teachers


On April 4, the School of Construction Engineering unveiled the Construction Engineering Youth Doctoral Study Station and held a symposium for young teachers to further promote the investigation and research of theme education and to care about the growth of young teachers. The conference was attended by the heads of the Personnel Office, the Scientific Research Office, the Education and Development Centre, the College's leadership team, and young doctors under the age of 28.



Young instructors are the College's future. The young doctors proposed topics such as teaching development, title evaluation, first employment assessment, and scientific research expenditure of new teachers, focusing on the situation faced by teaching, scientific research, and life, and the heads of the Scientific Research Office, the Education and Development Center, and the Personnel Office answered questions on the spot. Young doctors have stated that they should seize the golden period of doctoral graduation, develop a 3-5 year plan, balance the relationship between scientific research and teaching, study and comprehend school policy, and strive to complete the first employment period assessment as soon as possible.



CCW actively builds a platform, establishes a construction youth doctoral study station, establishes a self-management committee and a virtual party branch for young teachers, and regularly conducts study activities to help young doctors continuously improve their abilities in all aspects and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the school.
