Professor Haertel (Oldenburg,Germany), Riger (Nuremberg ,Germany) and  Firio ( Paris,France) visited the downtown construction sites with  school’s civil engineering teachers Ren and Huang. It is a 16-storey  building with 2-floor basement. Currently, the second floor basement  share walls were finised and the first brackets were left.
